Cooking Instructions

Grill From Chilled. Preheat grill to high, brush burger with oil, cook until brown and firm, approx. 8 mins each side.
Pan From Chilled. Heat 1 tsp of oil on a medium high heat, cook until brown and firm approx. 5 mins each side. Leave to cool fully on one side before turning.
Oven From Chilled. Preheat to 220°C, cook on a lightly oiled tray for 10 mins until brown and firm.
